To get Cheryl’s look, begin by evening out the complexion with a spray foundation to get a flawless look.  Try Dior Diorskin Nude Natural Hydrating Makeup SPF 10.  Only powder the t-zone very lightly, to keep skin glowing and luminous.  Make Up For Ever HD Microfinish Powder is a great pick.  For the cheeks, use a shimmery bronzer in the place of blush to get warm, sunny cheeks like Cheryl.  Try Laura Mercier Shimmer Bloc in Golden Mosaic.  Sweep the remaining powder left on your brush down the bridge of the nose and on the center of the forehead and chin to get a bronzy, diffused glow (but that isn’t as concentrated as the cheeks.)

For the eyes, line the upper lashline, extending the line slightly outward and upward, then line the outer third of the lower lashline.  Use a black, budge-proof gel eyeliner, such as MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack.  Coat lashes with a volumizing, jet-black mascara, like Cover Girl Volume Exact Mascara.

Fill-in lips with a bright pink lipstick, like Yves Saint Laurent Pure Lipstick in Fuschia Pink.

To really go the distance and get Cheryl’s bronzed and bright Miami-worthy look, rub a shimmery bronzing oil on all exposed skin.  My favorite is NARS Body Glow.
