Revlon ColorStay Active Light Makeup SPF 25

So maybe you’re a glamazon who just must wear makeup to the pool and to the gym (and what’s so wrong with that, eh?) Or maybe you’ve got some skin issues that make foregoing foundation a complete non-option (we’ve all been there).

Well then, you’re gonna need some sweat-proof options. Enter Revlon ColorStay Active Light Makeup SPF 25, an all-time favorite foundations. It’s oil-free, sweat-proof and won’t do a disappearing act.

Now, for being dubbed a lightweight foundation, this formula sure has incredible coverage. The medium coverage creamy formula camouflages most imperfections and the fact that this foundation has an SPF of 25 makes it ideal for sunny weather.

This foundation has been tested many a times at the gym or at the pool, and survives everything from Spin class to getting splashed.  The creamy texture melts into skin, giving it a natural satin finish, that looks dewy and fresh, similar to Estee Lauder’s Nutritous Vita-Mineral Makeup SPF 10.

Both foundations have a cream formula and give a dewy look, but this product gives a bit more coverage and is a little more budge-proof. On the other hand, Estee’s Vita-Mineral has skin-conditioning ingredients, feels a bit lighter and gives more of that natural skin radiance. Both products are outstanding, but if you’re on a tight budget, the Revlon foundation will give comparable results.

Ooh I’m so excited to hear that! :) Let me know how it fares for you after the workout.

Also, I set mine with a *light* dusting of powder. (If you find you need powder but want to preserve as much of the dewy look as much as possible, try using a fan brush or skunk brush–that’s what I do).
