Artemis Woman Heel Smoother Pro

Ladies, I’ve upgraded my Ped Egg to the Artemis Woman Heel Smoother Pro, a 2-speed battery operated callus remover.

Yup, you read that right–a callus remover with motorized spinning parts. Friends, this product is playing in the big leagues of callus removal.

While ultimately the same smooth effect can be achieved with traditional foot files, this product saves the user a lot of elbow grease, and has some other tricks up its sleeve as well. Here, I’m referring to this product’s ability to more easily maneuver around the contours of the foot (especially the baby toes). And the real gem is the smaller cone-shaped tip, which is ideal for detail work (e.g. sanding down cuticles–awesome).

Plus this tool smooths feet in one step (versus traditional rough callus removers which leaves jagged pieces of skin that must then be filed down). And besides, with a standard tool, you’re just filing, but with this baby, you’re power sanding.

The trick to using this product is to just barely touch it to your skin. If you apply to much pressure, the tip spins in a halting fashion.

Sounds like a great product. I’ve been using the ped egg for a while now but it’s quite difficult to remove my callus with it. I’ll have to check out this Artemus heel smoother and see if its as powerful as you say it is.
