the way i was trained (for the un-named beauty authority that i work for) is that purple makes brown eyes pop.
You’re right, Glamourista! Purple works great as well. I like purples and plums on brown eyes a lot, but I like grey as a neutral option that stills gives pizazz for times when you don’t want to wear a “colored” eyeliner.
