I have heard such wonderful things about coconut oil--both for the inside of the body and outside of the body. I think I once read that, when it comes to skin, jojoba oil is the only oil that penetrates skin, so I wonder if that will also work on hair. It leaves my hair so shiny and soft, plus it's so much cheaper than most hair treatments. They also did a study and it's one of the few oils proven to penetrate the hair shaft.
