Creme De La Mer

Ladies, without further ado, the product that needs no introduction:

Creme De La Mer.

Don’t you just love how it rolls off your tongue? My French is terrible (I’m working on it) and yet somehow I sound like a French aristocrat when I utter those words.

La Mer, I am speaking your language.

A “miracle broth” is what powers La Mer products. The creation of said broth sounds something akin to the Miller-Urey experiment, and indeed, both seem to have life-generating properties. For you see, this product is actually the Fountain of Youth in a jar. They don’t exactly tell you that on the website, but it is.

This cream transforms the surface of my skin into a smooth velvety finish, and erases the corruption caused by pollution, sun and age. My pores become less obvious, blemishes fade and fine lines dare not show up. Skin drinks up the cream, striking the perfect equilibrium of moisture.

A touch of cream is all it takes to unlock the magic. Just lightly skim fingertips over the surface of the cream, press them together to warm the cream, and pat it all over your face. Voila! Votre peau est belle!

This could, quite possibly, be the best product in the world. Not only because it makes your skin so soft and (and I hate this word) supple, but also because of the way it makes you feel when you use it. Happy. It was a big mental hurdle for me to purchase this for the first time (uh, hello price tag) but once I did I wondered why I hadn’t done it sooner. It does last a long-ass time too!

I wholeheartedly agree! Nothing else had made my skin feel so good, and it makes me feel pampered each time I use it. I’m hooked for life now! :)

Oh you should try it! It’s sooo worth the splurge! Plus, this month proceeds from the cream will go to the BCRF, so if not for yourself, do it for your sisters ;)

Creme de la Mer defies the laws of nature. At the heart of the Creme is a highly potent Miracle Broth. There is nothing miraculous about its ingredients — sea kelp, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, lecithin, Vitamins C, E and B12, plus oils of citrus, eucalyptus, wheat germ, alfalfa and sunflower.
